Pet's play a large part in the health of our community.  Service users, staff and volunteers regularly bring their pets with them to HARS.  We operate two programs that focus on the needs of pets - the Lucy Fund and the Community Pet Food Sharing Program.  At HARS, we understand that pets provide comfort and companionship and contribute to health and well-being.  Our event includes a Pet Fair and the theme of our 2014 Walk recognises the importance of pets in the HARS community.

People of all ages are encouraged to not only show off their pet at the Pet Fair, but also register, gather sponsors, and have your pet join us during the Walk.  (Note: pets please bring your people!)

The Pet Fair will start at 4:00 pm with the Pet Show beginning at 4:30 pm. Prizes will be awarded for various categories including funniest pet, best dressed, and most unusual.
