Positive Living North (PLN) is a non-profit organization in Prince George that provides education, prevention and HIV/AIDS support services in Prince George and the surrounding area. Currently, the Northern Interior Health Region has the third highest rate of HIV infection in BC. Your contribution – financial, in-kind, or a team raising pledges - will help PLN provide support to people living with HIV/AIDS and prevention education to everyone at risk in our community
We are hoping you will plan a donation to the Positive Living North Scotiabank AIDS Walk For Life to be held on September 17, 2011 at Masich Place Stadium. Donations may be made at any time leading up to the event, and a tax receipt will be provided.
We are asking the community to come together for the Walk for Life to create another spectacular event. Last year, our Walk was the second most-improved Walk in all of Canada! Community supporters like you can help us become number one in 2011.
